The Agenda Kids Club celebrated its 7th birthday on Thursday 7th November, 2013 at Agenda Bookshop, Valletta Waterfront.
Launched in 2006, the Agenda Kids Club currently has over 7,000 members, and aims to make books your children’s good friends; friends who will lead them to all sorts of imaginable or unimaginable adventures that the human imagination can offer. We promote reading among children through fun initiatives that make reading enjoyable – and this was clearly achieved at the Kids Club’s 7th birthday party. An estimated 100 Kids Club members joined in the activities – including Storytelling, Crafts, Games, Face-Painting, as well as a special Puppet Show. Best-selling British children’s author Anna Wilson also joined in the celebrations, where she spent some time ready stories to children, and well as signing copies of her books.
