A vacancy has arisen within the Agenda Online sector, as we look to bolster the team to bring our clients stellar service and support through our online portal.

The Responsibilities

The general duties of the Customer Care Clerk are as follows:

  • Handle customer care queries;
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders;
  • Follow-up on non-delivered orders;
  • Order books from overseas;
  • Process online orders;
  • Invoice book orders;
  • Prepare delivery sheets for website deliveries and
  • Update website back office.

Skills & Requirements

Applicants must be fluent in MS Office suite, especially Excel and Word usage, be skilled in communications, Public Relations, and customer care. A good command of both written and verbal English and Maltese is a must.

Full training will be given to the selected candidate during the start of employment.
