The Role
Working within a friendly and active working environment, you will be assisting the E-Commerce Manager in maintaining websites. The main tasks will include:
- Ongoing maintenance and updating of the website;
- Helping with picking and packing of the orders;
- Answering customers queries;
- Other related clerical and administrative duties.
Position Requirements
- Have a customer-oriented approach;
- Enthusiastic about e-commerce;
- Be able to communicate well in both Maltese and English;
- Be well organised;
- Be able to use different computer applications such as word, excel and email;
- Be able to work with minimal supervision;
- Experience in web will be considered an asset.
