The Responsibilities

As an Online Sales Support Clerk, you would be expected to:

  • Processing of online orders;
  • Ordering books from overseas;
  • Handling customer care queries;
  • Picking books from shelves;
  • Invoicing and packing book orders;
  • Preparing delivery sheets for website deliveries and
  • Updating website back office.

Skills & Requirements

  • Fluency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and Word usage;
  • Excellent communication and Public Relations skills;
  • Decent customer care and people skills and
  • A good command of both written and verbal English and Maltese.

Full training will be given to the selected candidate upon commencement of employment.
