The Role

Forming part of the current Sales Support team, this role mainly includes:

Sales-Team Support:

  • Ad-hoc daily assistance of sales team;
  • Telephone/emails enquiries;
  • Generation and presentation of statistical reports;
  • Issuing of sales memos and sales trade offers;
  • Maintenance of company’s in-house product catalogue.
Suppliers Matters:

  • Working and processing of suppliers’ PO’s;
  • Involvement in shipping (freight forwarding);
  • Preparation of suppliers’ invoices for inputting of stock in computer system;
  • NSO declarations;
  • Stock cards maintenance.

Position Requirements

  • Very well organized;
  • Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines;
  • Able to communicate effectively, especially via email;
  • Comfortable with numbers;
  • Confident working with Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel;
  • Be a team player;
  • Highly numerical.
