In an initiative between Agenda Bookshop and the Ministry of Education, ‘Reading Ambassadors’ are being appointed as part of the national literacy strategy. The aim of this initiative is to promote reading and improve perceptions on literacy in schools through local names that children can relate to.
Ira Losco, Justin Haber & Maria Muscat were welcomed by Birkirkara Primary School on Tuesday 15th April 2014 and appointed the latest ‘Reading Ambassadors’.
