Responsibilities

  • Establishing sales objectives and quotas for different sales areas
  • Managing and directing a team of Sales Reps
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics
  • Maintaining sales volume, product mix and selling price
  • Taking proactive action to maximize sales potential
  • Maintaining healthy and professional working relationships with customers
  • Implementing sales programmes
  • Maximizing brand presence in line with sales strategy of products

Applicant Requirements

  • A proven track record in sales management or a related function
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Knowledge of the market especially for consumer goods within the FMCG sector
  • A creative approach to sales management and performance
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
